Publisher

The site www.mp3cameroon.com is published by the Movement for Patriotism and People’s Prosperity (MP3), a political party whose seat is in Douala, Cameroon, B.P. 1427.

MP3 is a political party under Cameroonian law. Its public doctrine is that of the memorandum of 9 June 2024 and of the manifesto Le Kontinent debout. The statutes govern the inner life of the party. This page replaces none of those texts.

Publication director

The publication director is Hiram Samuel Iyodi, national president of MP3, elected at the Bana congress for the 2026–2030 term.

He answers for what is published on the site: news, blog, calendar, gallery and standing pages. A text signed by the secretariat commits the party. A text signed by a named author commits that author only for the opinions that are their own.

Purpose of the site

The site presents the party, its doctrine, its news and the ways to take part. It allows a visitor, in particular:

  • to read the party pages, the news, the blog, the calendar and the gallery;
  • to open the membership space, which receives the application to join;
  • to register as a supporter, to write to the secretariat, to subscribe to the letter;
  • to pay dues or make a gift online (Mobile Money), on the relevant pages.

Design and development

The party’s digital platforms (public website, membership space, payments, back office and mobile app) were developed by Talent Tally.

Hosting

The site and the register of members are kept for the party. The name, address and telephone of the technical host will be written into this page as soon as the production host is fixed. That mention is required. It cannot be invented before the choice is made.

Until that line is added, any question about the infrastructure goes to the secretariat, at contact@mp3cameroon.cm.

Ownership of the contents

The texts, the emblem, the visual charter, the photographs and the videos published by the party belong to MP3, or are used with the agreement of their authors. The memorandum of 9 June 2024 and the manifesto Le Kontinent debout remain texts of the party.

A short quotation is allowed, provided the source is named and the passage is not distorted. Any other reproduction, in whole or in part, on a public medium, requires written permission from the secretariat.

Marks, logos and names that are not those of MP3 remain the property of their owners. Naming them identifies a service, a place or a source. It is not a partnership.

Links and outside services

Some pages show material that is not hosted by the party:

  • a YouTube player, when an article contains a video address;
  • a Google map on the Contact page;
  • links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram;
  • the membership space, opened in another tab.

Those services have their own terms and their own privacy policy. The party is not responsible for their content or for their availability. Opening an external link leaves the MP3 site.

Responsibility

The party takes care that published information is accurate on the day it goes online. A news item, a calendar date or a figure may be corrected. When an error is reported, the secretariat checks it and corrects it where it should.

The site may be interrupted for maintenance, an incident or an update. That interruption does not create a right to compensation. A form confirms the sending once it has been recorded. A message that was not confirmed should be sent again.

Governing law

The site is governed by Cameroonian law, including Law No. 90/056 of 19 December 1990 on political parties, Law No. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 on cybersecurity and cybercrime, and Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on the protection of personal data.

If no amicable agreement is reached with the secretariat, the courts of Douala have jurisdiction.
