Prohibition of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

My MP3 strictly prohibits any content, behaviour or use related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including in particular:

  • sharing, possessing or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • grooming, sexual extortion (sextortion) or any sexual approach targeting a minor;
  • trafficking or sexual exploitation of children;
  • any sexual depiction of a person under 18, real or generated.

Such conduct is illegal and incompatible with the use of My MP3.

Age and use

My MP3 is intended for members and supporters in an associative setting. Minors must not post or exchange sexual content. Any account used to circumvent these rules may be suspended or closed.

  • or via the site Contact page.

Action on CSAM or CSAE

Once we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE:

  • we remove the content as soon as practicable;
  • we may suspend or close the responsible account;
  • we retain material needed for investigation, subject to applicable law and our privacy policy;
  • we report confirmed cases to competent authorities (including under Cameroonian law and relevant international mechanisms when required).
