The manifesto holds twelve pieces of work, from currency to school, from land to justice.
At its political return in Douala, MP3 made the manifesto Le Kontinent debout public. It condenses the project into twelve keys: public waste, the form of the state, family, school, justice, electricity, teachers and doctors, land, local processing, currency, memory, and continental openness.
The doctrine that carries these keys has a name, claimed by the party: afro-socio-liberalism. It draws on the values of African societies for a social contract based on social justice and shared prosperity.
These twelve keys, as they were presented, are the base of campaigns, training and public speech.
