An updated version of the social project, and the first memberships opened to the public.
On 9 June 2024, MP3 publishes version 2.0 of its memorandum on the social project, under the title “Let us refound an indomitable Cameroon”, and opens membership to the public.
The memorandum defines afro-socio-liberalism: a social contract drawn from African societies, founded on social justice and shared prosperity, at the balance between socialism and liberalism. It sets nine principles in three pillars, seven fields of action for 2025–2050, and five urgent reforms, including revision of the Constitution, of the electoral code and of the 1968 nationality code.
The memorandum remains the doctrine. The twelve keys of 2025, Le Kontinent debout, are its later public sequel. The statutes and the internal rules are organisational texts.
